HOW WE SHIP:
We use FEDEX Ground, whenever possible, so please include your street address, and apartment number if applicable. FEDEX cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, please include a physical address to where we can deliver your order.  For Next Day or Second Day Service, please telephone your order.

CANADIAN ORDERS:
Universal Vintage Tire is the non-resident importer on all orders.  Canadian Customs Brokerage, Duties, and Taxes are cleared through FEDEX Trade Networks.  A flat fee of 20% is charged for this service to all orders shipped anywhere in Canada.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We use FEDEX International Economy for all International deliveries. Normal delivery time is 7 - 15 business days. Customs clearance is included in the freight charge. All applicable duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the consignee. Payment may be made by credit card, check or money order drawn in US Funds from a U.S. bank.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 day No Questions Asked return policy. If you find it necessary to exchange or return merchandise, please call our customer service department for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. All returns are conditional on the merchandise being returned unused and in its original package. Freight on all returns must be prepaid. All returns after 30 days will incur a 10% restocking charge.

Ebay Store Merchandise is subject to the conditions set forth in our Ebay Store return policy. Some merchandise purchased through our Ebay store is not included in our warranty program and is not returnable. Please refer to the Ebay Store for terms and conditions.

BACK ORDER POLICY:
We receive many of our inventory shipments by container load several times per year. Sometimes you may find that we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. If we do not have stock to fill an order either from our distribution center or from another distribution location, the customer will be given the option to put that order on back order or cancel the order. Back orders will be shipped as soon as we receive inventory back into stock.

STOCK ITEMS:
In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 working days. In-stock items ordered before 12PM Eastern Time (UTC/GMT -4) will usually ship that day. If for any reason we cannot ship your order, you will be notified by phone, mail or email within two business days.
